It writes only where you deliver your work: briefs to the Slack channels or Notion page you choose, and a Doc when you export one to Google Drive. You choose: daily, twice daily, or weekly, at your own local time. Automations speak up when a signal trips a threshold (a deal goes silent, a stage stalls, a rep misses a commit) on the schedule each one shows. You control the cadence in Settings.

Yes. The AMA surface lets you ask anything, anytime. It draws on your CRM data, your pipeline, and 20 years of encoded methodology. Ask 'why is my forecast off?' or 'draft a LinkedIn post about pipeline discipline' — it handles both.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), and isolated by workspace. No training on customer data. We never sell it, and the providers that help us run the Service are listed at mgmt-os.ai/subprocessors. SOC 2 Type I is targeted for Q4 2026. Our hosting providers, Vercel and Supabase, hold their own SOC 2 Type II reports. Details are at mgmt-os.ai/trust, in our Privacy Policy and in our Data Processing Addendum.

Pick a package and add a card, then use the full package with your team for 30 days. Nothing is charged until day 30. Cancel from Settings before then and you pay nothing. After that it becomes the package you chose. You keep everything you've built.

Yes, from Settings. Moving up takes effect immediately and is prorated. Moving down credits your next invoice. Monthly can switch to annual any time; annual switches to monthly at renewal. Founding cohort contracts keep their agreed terms.
